Your used clothing could become someone else’s food, housing and education. Renouveau has just launched a new pilot project – shipping two boxes of used clothing to Haiti to help some Women who are starting a small business. Once they receive the shipment they will sell the clothing in their local community in order to earn income that will give them the ability to purchase necessities like food, shelter, and education.
The clothing you no longer want can therefore create jobs for people in need. Helping families start and sustain their own small businesses to step out of poverty. By donating you are making a way to help fight poverty. Please keep bring us your clothing donations to ensure their business can be sustained long-term.
You can also help by contributing to the shipping cost. It costs us $150 per box to ship to Haiti. If you want to sponsor a family by paying for the cost of shipping a box for them that will be a blessing.
We look forward to reporting the income generation results of this Pilot Project with the hope that it becomes a viable ongoing initiative.
